Listed below are a few things that will help you make the most of your experience at our Spa.

Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows you time to complete the health history document and make any special requests to your therapist. In addition, we invite you into our cozy, quiet lounge so you can enjoy some tasty tea and healthful snacks before your spa treatment.

Spa Attire

Robes will be provided in each treatment room. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in.

Complimentary to You

Along with your spa treatment, we offer to you a day pass to the Menifee Valley Athletic Club where you can enjoy use of all equipment, pool and steam room on site. Please note that if you plan to workout before or after your treatment, the locker room is located in the back of the gym and the spa is located near the main entrance. Therefore, you will want to bring something you will be comfortable wearing through the co-ed gym area.

Children

Our spa minimum age is 13 so if you have children under 13, we invite them to our Kids Club which is located onsite! We offer care between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. If your treatment will be during those hours, you may leave your children in our Kids Club while you get your treatment and/or workout. Our rates are only $3.25 per hour per child.

Cell Phones

All cell phones need to be in the off or silent position during your spa visit. We want you to escape the sounds of the "everyday" so we can help you make the most of your visit! In addition, your fellow patrons will greatly appreciate your consideration.

Gratuities

The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. Gratuities are at your discretion and our spa concierge will be happy to help you with providing for your therapist(s). If your experience is a positive one, it is customary to tip your therapist. If your experience is not a pleasant one, we hope you will tell us.

Payment Options

We are pleased to accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

When we make a reservation for you, we will reserve your space with a credit card. We will not charge your card until you arrive for your appointment. However, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card for the full service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 12 hour notice so we can make appropriate adjustments in our schedule. We know your time is precious and we would appreciate the same respect to our staff.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates issued by Menifee Valley Day Spa have no expiration date. However, there are no refunds given on any gift certificate for any reason.
